Green Forest Games is a video game development studio founded on April 15, 2020 by Jasper de Laat. One of the pillars of Green Forest Games is to provide a high quality, desktop-first gaming experience to the community. The company primarily develops simulation games. The name Green Forest Games is directly derived from 'Het Groene Woud', a geographical area the company was founded in.

Early historyThe origins of Green Forest Games started in late 2018, when Jasper de Laat started working on Gym Tycoon as a side project. Over time the project became more serious, and a company was founded in April 2020.
After thatCurrently, the company is still working hard to deliver its first game: Gym Tycoon.
